Runa Flow x Meditation classes are accessible to all. Expect clear and direct instruction guided by the teacher's intelligent sequencing, offering the opportunity for a diverse vinyasa practice. This class builds at a dynamic pace to offer a fluid and synchronized mind, body, and breath experience. Yoga is a pathway, and we approach this class as a way to honor our fellow travelers and those who have walked the path before us.

Expecting mothers of any trimester and any level are encouraged to join us. This is a great way to strengthen the body and help provide union of the breath and mind. Empowering the expecting mother for delivery and beyond. We have created a supportive community of expecting mothers, join us!
