Wherever you are, in a safe spot, reflect back to your Shavasana practice. Take a few deep breaths to clear your mind while repeating in your thoughts, "I breathe in, I breathe out."
Directing your thoughts to the breath is a helpful practice to keep your peace. It helps to keep your focus on the present moment and keep any lingering thoughts at bay.
Allow the world around to melt away for this brief moment knowing you'll return shortly.
